Summer at Salto with Blaise Colamarino and Charlie Moon, featuring the amazing produce from Esoterra Farms, join Chefs Blaise and Charlie as they highlight local and seasonal ingredients in the beautiful meal they have planned. Join us for a canapé and cocktail hour on the patio at 5:30(included in ticket price), followed by a 3 course plated dinner inside.

Public Coffee Tasting
Join Salto and Omar Hererra, Colombian coffee buyer for Café Imports, where we will taste some special coffees and learn what makes specialty coffee different from grocery store coffee, what the differences are in coffee processing and how it affects flavor, and maybe what can make coffee taste not so good! RSVP by May 12. This event is limited to 12 participants so register ASAP!
